Adrianna has been a valuable asset to the Azamara®’s Azamara Shore Excursions team for the past six years.
Born in the vibrant city of Rio de Janeiro, the city of Samba and Carnival (in which she took part for many years), Adrianna has brought this vibrant nature to the team and exudes light and laughter wherever she goes.
Adrianna has seen Azamara grow from strength to strength, all the while improving her skills in the Azamara Shore Excursions department by accumulating a vast knowledge of all our ports of call and the excursions offered as well as developing an incredible rapport with our guests.
An embodiment of the perfect Azamara Shore Excursions staff member – Adrianna is a dedicated individual and valued team player, passionate about her job, always willing to learn more, willing to go above and beyond what is required and always striving for service excellence.
Adrianna has taken on the position of relief manager within three years of joining Azamara and continues to face challenges head on as she fights for what she believes in and strives to constantly better the quality of the Azamara product.
Being one of the most unselfish people we know, Adrianna is well loved by the crew as her compassion stretches far and wide and wherever she can, she is busy uplifting some crew member or inspiring another with her famous words of motivation. She believes in the inherent good of all people and constantly pushes others to better themselves, to believe in themselves and the fact that they can do anything they put their minds to.
Every cruise, you can rest assured there will be at least one comment from guests regarding the excellent service provided by her, her patience with guests, her positive nature, and her outstanding attitude.
A few words of wisdom from Adrianna:
“If you cannot assist your co-workers, do your best to make him/her feel better. When you help to make someone happy, you also improve yourself and that’s why we are here. God never said that life would be easy, He just promised that it would be worth it to live.”
Thank you Adrianna for your contribution and commitment to Azamara and to your onboard family.
