The new décor has brought the concept of Destination Immersion® experiences from onshore to onboard. The lands, rivers, and beaches of the places we visit inspired every detail. Sara Macefield said the ships looked “very sophisticated” while Amie Keeley said she’d “absolutely” become an Azamara fan after her voyage.
Our suites and staterooms have been completely reimagined with a more contemporary ambiance. Another modern addition is our new, interactive TVs. They aren’t just for watching movies and TV shows, although you can do that too. You can find port information, weather updates, browse lecturer schedules, and more.
Jeff Ames loved that he was able to order complimentary room service directly from the television in his stateroom – and it arrived in minutes! Jeff joined our transatlantic voyage and said, “By far the best cruise line I’ve ever traveled with.”

Wanda Lockridge loved her renovated stateroom, especially the brand new bedding. She cruised onboard the Azamara Journey for the first time following dry dock and said, “It was love at first sight.” We know it will be love at first sight for you, too!
On Cruise Critic, Steve wrote, “We have just had the best cruise ever on the Azamara Journey from Los Angeles to Miami via the Panama Canal. The new décor and furniture are fantastic.” Steve said he looks forward to his upcoming Azamara cruise this summer. And we look forward to having you back, Steve!
Jane Archer said, “Azamara Journey is looking good after her facelift. So chic.” Jane said she particularly loves the new spa suites, the brand new al fresco dining at the Pool Grill, and the inspiration screen in the lobby. “I’ve already picked out my next cruise!”
You won’t be able to miss our new Inspiration Center on Deck 4. The 100-inch interactive touch screen is the perfect way to plan your next voyage. Maps, photos, videos, Azamara Shore Excursions tour information and more are all at your fingertips!
Our Inspiration Center will connect you with the world while our new spa will help you disconnect. The Sanctum will be where you go to relax and unwind. You can even enjoy select spa services on the Sanctum Terrace, a private outdoor deck.
Kathryn Burrington had some great advice for future Azamara guests. “The perfect way to start the day? A dip in the thalassotherapy pool, followed by a massage.” That certainly sounds like the perfect morning to us! Kathryn said it was a “magical experience” and “I can’t imagine any other cruise line living up to that.”
