WWF People to Planet: Cruising the Cape of Good Hope & Seal Island

Book This Shore Excursion
Starting from $249 USD / Adult
Some of South Africa's most majestic beauty is waiting on this land and sea adventure. The excitement starts with a cruise along Hout Bay to "Seal Island". Have your camera ready as you pass close by the rocky reaches where Cape Fur Seals lounge. Weather permitting, you might also visit one of the area's famed shipwrecks. Back on dry land, set off on a seaside drive to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. Catch the Flying Dutchman funicular to the summit of Cape Point for jaw-dropping views of the cliff-lined coast, and, perhaps, see if you can spot where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans collide. Afterwards, unwind over lunch at the Two Oceans Restaurant, perched high atop the Cape, where you'll be joined by an expert from World Wildlife Fund who'll provide further insight into local environmental programs. Azamara is proud to announce that $30 from the sale of this tour goes to support WWF conservation efforts in South Africa.
  • Discover the wildlife and natural wonders of South Africa with special insight from a World Wildlife Fund expert.
  • Enjoy a 35-minute cruise along Hout Bay Harbour that features a close look at the fur seals of Duiker Island.
  • Stand atop Cape Point and marvel at what's widely considered one of the most awe-inspiring views in the world.
