Real Sail boat racing experience with immersive roles for the guests-no prior experience needed. Adventurous sailing in spectacular environment with helpful and professional crew with years of experience. Experience the exhilaration of the America's Cup yacht racing, aboard Stars & Stripes or contenders Canada II or True North IV. You compete in an actual race around a shortened America's Cup course, and you are invited to "work the boat". Your experienced crew provides all the training you need to become one of the team, grind a winch, trim a sail, punch a stopwatch, or call tactics for your skipper. You can also simply sit back, relax and enjoy what is perhaps the most exclusive sporting event in the world. No previous sailing experience is required. All you need is a spirit of adventure and be ready to have the time of your life. Refreshments are provided, and a rum punch celebration party rounds off this spectacular event at 12 Metre Clubhouse as you browse the 12 Metre Regatta Boutique.

  • All guests should be asked to wear soft soled shoes. Heels or closed shoes are not recommended.

Important NotesShow
  • Guests who choose to participate in the sailing of the yacht should be advised that this activity is strenuous.
  • Guests must consider their physical fitness level and medical history when determining whether this tour is appropriate.
  • Guests with pre-existing neck, back, knee and/or shoulder injuries, cardiac conditions, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, other heart or respiratory conditions or any other medical condition must take particular caution when selecting a tour–particularly tours categorized as "strenuous."
  • Guests who have concerns must consult with their personal physician before engaging in any activity that may be strenuous for them.
  • There are no restroom facilities onboard the 12-Metre racing yachts. It is recommended to use the restroom before the start of the tour. Restrooms are available at the Clubhouse after the regatta.
  • There is ample storage below deck for beach bags. A small waterproof bag to prevent a camera being splashed in recommended.
  • Souvenirs at the yacht club boutique are available for purchase. Cash and major credit cards are accepted
  • Gratuities to the crew is at the guest's discretion.

After that time, tours must be booked onboard.

Tours purchased prior to the cruise departure date will be charged to your credit card in the same currency as your cruise reservation. Tours purchased onboard will be charged in U.S. dollars to your KeyCard account. Exchange rates are determined by a competitive pricing program.
