Your ride departs from the harbor, taking you first to the cable way station for a brief photo stop, before arriving to the Polar Permaculture in Nybyen, Explore this farm that plays a big part in the country’s commitment to a sustainable, circular cycle, and learn about your options for home farming. Proceed to the Galleri Svalbard, which houses both permanent collections and temporary exhibitions, among them the Kåre Tveter collection and the Svalbard collection. Stop in the gift shop, see local artisans at work in the arts and crafts section, or grab a drink for purchase in the café. Continue to your next destination, Svalbard Church, which is a part of Church of Norway, where you can stop to explore before resuming your sightseeing drive back to port.
