Glass-Bottomed Boat Experience and Ishigaki Stalactite Cave

Book This Shore Excursion
Starting from €210,67 EUR / Adult
Become acquainted with Ishigaki Island natural wonders beginning with a visit to the Ishigaki stalactite cave-which took more than two hundred thousand years to form-where you'll see the phenomenal beauty of the fastest growing stalactites in all of Japan. Your next point, Kabira Bay on the island's northwest coast, and considered one of Ishigaki's most beautiful sites. The Bay is famous for its rare black pearls and its small Shochu brewery that's unique for using brown sugar as its main ingredient. Swimming, snorkeling, and diving are not allowed in the bay, but a 30-minute glass-bottomed boat cruise lets you view its stunning underwater world. Beautiful coral reefs and more than 90 different kinds of tropical fish live in this area. Finally, head to Bannna Park, also called the Emerald Sea Observatory, where-if weather permits-you can see both Taketomi Island and Iriomote Island from its vantage point.
  • Feel the natural power with walking into the Ishigaki Stalactite Cave.
  • Explore the underworld of the emerald-colored water at Kabira park.
  • See the beautiful natural view of Ishigaki city and beyond from the Banna Observatory.
