We are evolving our loyalty offerings to better reflect the value and elevated experience guests can expect from Azamara. As we sunset the current Refer a Friend program, guests with outstanding referrals can receive $400 in onboard credit—double the previous $200 gift card—as a gesture of appreciation.

The program will officially end at 11:59 AM ET on Monday, June 30, 2025. After this time, no new referrals will be accepted.​

Any qualifying referrals submitted before the June 30 deadline will still be honored. Instead of receiving a $200 gift card, eligible guests will receive a $400 onboard credit.​

As part of our ongoing commitment to elevate the Azamara experience, we're shifting to an onboard credit format that better reflects our brand standards and enhances the guest experience onboard.​

Guests who:​

  • Submitted a qualifying referral before June 30, 2025

  • Had their referral result in a new guest booking​

  • Are either traveling with the referred guest or have an upcoming booked voyage

Guests will be notified via email and/or by phone. Communications were sent out on June 30, 2025, the day of program sunset.​

Let them know the program has ended and that the gift card component has been replaced by the $400 onboard credit, which offers greater value and aligns with our updated standards.​

No. As of June 30, 2025, all referrals must have been submitted prior to that date to be eligible for any reward.​

That is okay – once you make a booking, the OBC will be automatically applied. It will remain on your account until utilized by November 6, 2027.​ 

OBC will be applied to the email of which you used for the referral.​

No, OBC must be applied to only one sailing and cannot be split.
