REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be made directly to your credit card if you booked through Azamara, or to your travel professional if that’s how you made and paid for your reservation. Azamara is not responsible for any refunds that your travel professional fails to reimburse. Some travel professionals impose their own charges in connection with a voyage, including a flat service fee or a value-added charge for additional amenities or services. Charges or fees imposed by your travel professional will not be included in a refund from Azamara.

Balance Due Payments – Azamara must receive payment of your remaining balance 150 days prior to the sailing date, apart from United Kingdom & Ireland where the balance will be due 120 days prior to the sailing date. You may pay your balance through your travel professional, or directly to Azamara if you booked through us.


Your stateroom on Azamara is reserved when we receive your deposit. Deposits are generally due within seven days after you book your voyage and will be acknowledged with written confirmation.

Please note that deposit requirements are per person; two deposits are required for double occupancy.

  • North & South America: Suites: $1,100 USD per person/ Staterooms: $550 USD per person
  • United Kingdom & Ireland: £300 / €350 per person 
  • Europe, Middle East & Africa: €500 / $500 per person
  • Nordic: 3000 NOK / DKK / SEK & €350 per person
  • Germany, Austria & Switzerland: 15% of the Cruise Fare

To confirm your booking, final payment must be received by the applicable due date based on your country. You may pay through your travel advisor or directly with Azamara Cruises—see below for payment timelines by country/region:

  • North & South America: 150 days prior to the sailing date
  • United Kingdom & Ireland: 120 days prior to the sailing date
  • Europe, Middle East & Africa: 120 days prior to the sailing date
  • Nordic: 120 days prior to the sailing date
  • Germany & Switzerland: 30 days prior to the sailing date
  • Austria: 14 days prior to the sailing date
