To make a pre‑cruise spa reservation, go to Azamara.com, select Booked Guests, navigate to Manage My Booking, choose Book Additional Services, and then proceed to Pre‑Cruise Spa Reservations.
Yes. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the appointment.
Reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to the sailing start date.
The requested treatment or time is fully booked for pre-cruise inventory. Guests should choose an alternative treatment or another available appointment time.
Modifications may be made up to 7 days prior to sailing, before the pre-cruise booking functionality closes. After that time, any changes must be handled onboard.
Suite and Discoverers and above guests: can book starting 18 months before sailing. All other guests may book spa appointments up to 12 months prior to sailing.
There is no limit. Guests may reserve multiple treatments, subject to availability.
Bookings must be made under each individual reservation. Guests traveling together may coordinate appointment times.
Yes. Guests may choose from available appointment times during the booking process.
Therapist assignments are managed onboard and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Guests will complete a consultation form onboard prior to their treatment.
Yes. Eligible loyalty discounts are automatically applied. The price displayed in the booking system already reflects the guest’s loyalty tier benefit.
No. The applicable loyalty discount is automatically calculated and reflected in the displayed price.
Loyalty discounts apply as per program terms and are not combinable with additional promotions unless specifically stated.
Appointments may be canceled up to 7 days prior to sailing for a full refund. After that time, cancellations must be handled onboard according to shipboard policy.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment onboard, or no-shows, will incur a 50% charge of the treatment price.
