We just launched our new website. See our most common account, bookings, check-in and loyalty questions below.

Contact Us

  • For the fastest resolution, please fill out the Account Login Help Form and be on the lookout for an email with further instructions.  
  • Other trouble shooting steps:
    • As part of the transition, all guests were asked to reset their Azamara.com password. If you have not done so already, please click Forgot Password and follow the steps.
    • If you receive a message indicating your email was not found, please register for a new account. 

  • Be sure to login before booking a cruise. This will ensure that any bookings made are associated with your azamara.com account.
  • To view your upcoming cruises, login to Azamara.com, click the profile icon in the navigation, and then select Upcoming Cruises from the menu.

For quicker assistance, please fill out the Future Bookings & Loyalty Support Form. We will review your information and work to ensure your future cruises are available in your azamara.com account.  

  • When your future cruises are visible in your account, you can make payments by clicking Make a Payment. 
  • You can also make a payment by contacting the Call Center at 1 (855) 292-6272. 
  • For guests outside of North America, please visit our Contact Us page for international Call Center phone numbers. 

Your Azamara account will show all bookings associated with your Loyalty Number and/or email address. The ability to link reservations associated with a different account is not available at this time. 

When your future cruises are visible in your account, you can view and book Shore Excursions by clicking Manage My Reservation, scrolling down to excursions and clicking the pencil icon.

Please note that a payment must be made on your cruise before you can book shore excursions.  

  • You can view or book Onboard Packages, Transfers, Hotels or Pre/Post Cruise Land Programs either during or after booking your cruise. 
  • When your future cruises are visible in your account, you can view or book Onboard Packages, Transfers, Hotels or Pre/Post Cruise Land Programs by clicking Manage My Reservation. 

Currently, air booking is not available on Azamara.com. However, our Customer Service team can assist in making an air reservation. 

  • From your web account, click Manage My Reservation.  
  • Next to your guest info, click the Edit icon.  
  • Click the Documents icon in the upper right corner. 
  • Enter your information into the Passport fields. 
  • You can also add a security photo ad emergency contact Info at this time. 

Embarkation pier address can be found on the Port Information page.

As we transition our new website, online check-in is unavailable.  You will receive an email with assigned boarding times.  Guests should plan to arrive at the pier at the following times on their sail date:

  1. 1:30pm-4:00pm: Suite Guests and Azamara Circle members in the Discoverer Platinum and Discoverer Plus tier levels
  2. 2:00pm-2:45pm: Azamara Circle members in the Discoverer and Explorer tier levels
  3. 2:45pm-3:30pm: Guests staying in staterooms on Deck 7
  4. 3:30pm-4:00pm: Guests staying in staterooms on Deck 4 & 6, and all other remaining guests  

Your past cruise history is currently unavailable on azamara.com. We are working to add this feature to your account in June of 2023.

  • Login to Azamara.com and click on the profile icon. Click Upcoming Cruises. 
  • If you do not see your Loyalty information, please fill out the Future Bookings & Loyalty Support Form. We will review your information and ensure your Loyalty information is available for viewing in your azamara.com account. 

Please fill out the Future Bookings & Loyalty Support Form.  Be sure to provide specific details about what is incorrect on your account. We will review your information and make necessary corrections.
