To make a pre‑cruise spa reservation, go to Azamara.com, select Booked Guests, navigate to Manage My Booking, choose Book Additional Services, and then proceed to Pre‑Cruise Spa Reservations.​

Appointments may be canceled up to 7 days prior to sailing for a full refund. After that time, cancellations must be handled onboard according to shipboard policy.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment onboard, or no-shows, will incur a 50% charge of the treatment price.
