Azamara® Launches Dedicated Travel Agent Platform

London, 4 December 2018: Boutique cruise line, Azamara, has announced details of a brand-new travel agent platform, launching ahead of the 2019 WAVE season.

Club Azamara is a dedicated platform which will act as a one-stop-shop for travel agents and will launch on 14 December 2018. The portal has four elements and will serve as a training tool, including Club World Learning, a new learning platform; housing AirWaves and linking to Espresso, where all Azamara bookings can be made and managed; access to campaign assets with the new and improved toolkit, and Club Rewards where agents can benefit from a cash incentive for each booking made.

Designed to ease the booking and research process, the platform allows instant access to updated assets, campaign information and the latest training modules, as well as being able to upload creatives for approval, all under one roof.

Richard Twynam, then Managing Director UK & I & EMEA for Azamara, said: “Our travel partners are so important to the success of Azamara in the UK, so we wanted to make sure they have everything at their fingertips for a simple and seamless process.

“Those who’ve used Club Royal will be familiar with the way it works and existing members will be able to use the same login details to easily toggle between each one. We’ll also continue to offer a £10 incentive as part of the Club Rewards Scheme for every booking made.”

Agents who are not currently members of Club Royal can sign up by visiting from 14 December 2018.

Seven Things to do in Croatia

Croatia has seen a sort of transformation recently, one that has taken it from a hidden gem of coastal delights to one of the hottest travel destinations in Europe. What makes this small Balkan nation so appealing? It could be the brilliant sapphire waters of the Adriatic and spectacular white beaches. Or maybe it’s the medieval architecture and walled towns steeped in history begging to be uncovered. Or perhaps it’s the friendly, welcoming people and unique folk culture.
