Cruise the Caribbean
Begin your 14-night holiday excursion in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, before departing for Key West in the evening. This small island is big on fun. You’ll be able to explore historic sights, shops, gardens, and bars with ease, then take a day at sea to treat yourself at Sanctum Spa. From there, spend two days at sea to rest, relax, and discover all your boutique hotel at sea has to offer before arriving in the stunning harbor of Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas. Surrounded by emerald hills dotted with pastel houses, discover the swashbuckling past of this former center of bustling pirate culture. The next day, enjoy a late night in St. Maarten. Here, you’ll be free to visit both French and Dutch sides of this breathtaking island, go horseback riding, or take advantage of the luxury shopping in Philipsburg.
Next, spend the afternoon off-the-beaten-path in Terre-de-Haut in the Îles des Saintes—a group of islands in the archipelago of Guadeloupe. This idyllic island offers a taste of France tinged with a laid-back Caribbean sensibility. Next, you’ll sail on to Castries, St. Lucia, for a late stay. Here, explore ecosystems not found anywhere else in the region, including rain forests, mountains, and beaches. Or, visit the UNESCO World Heritage-listed iconic twin Pitons—Gros Piton and Petit Piton—for some of the most scenic views in all of the Caribbean.
In the morning, you’ll wake up to Mayreau—the smallest inhabited island of the Grenadines. With one road, one village, and only one way to access the island, Mayreau is a singular sensation in the southern Caribbean full of aquatic adventure. In the evening, you’ll sail to Bridgetown, Barbados. A touch of London but with much more sunshine, a late stay here affords you plenty of opportunity to sip on fresh rum at Mount Gay Rum Distillery or make your way to Broad Street or Swan Street to browse the shops. Venture to the popular Harrison’s Cave, an underwater cavern and a unique phenomenon of nature, or embark on a marine excursion and swim with the sea turtles.
Recharge with an overnight at sea before arriving on Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands. Spend the day exploring the incredible geological formations of pools and caves in Baths National Park or lounge on quiet beaches like Spring Bay and Savannah Bay. Take two days at sea to savor delicious dining and relaxing spa experiences before you return to Fort Lauderdale for the final stop of your voyage.
