Terms & Conditions

The benefits of this promotion are available from 14th December 2015 until further notice and applies where a guest makes a new booking of a consecutive Azamara voyage. A consecutive Azamara voyage is where a guest books two or more Azamara sailings, each subsequent sailing commencing on the same date and place of departure as where the previous sailing concluded.
Eligible bookings will benefit from Onboard Credit in the value of US$150 for sailings of up to 4 nights, $300 for sailings between 5 and 8 nights or $400 for sailings of 9 nights or more. For the avoidance of doubt, OBC benefit will apply to each Azamara consecutive sailing and applies per stateroom.
If there are bookings of two consecutive Azamara voyages, in the event one sailing is cancelled OBC will be forfeited on the remaining booking. Where there are three or more consecutive Azamara voyages booked, in the event of the cancellation of any booking, depending on whether or not the remaining bookings remain classed as consecutive Azamara voyages, will establish if such bookings remain eligible for OBC of whether such OBC will be forfeited.
Eligible guests must register their entitlement for OBC by going to azamaraclubcruises.co.uk. Bookings made outside of 90 days prior to the initial sailing date of the first sailing have up to 90 days prior to the departure date to claim their OBC. If the booking has been made within 90 days of the initial ship sailing date of the first sailing, eligible guests must register their entitlement within 14 days of making their booking.
OBC will be applied by Azamara to eligible bookings within 10 working days of registration subject to complying with the time limits specified above. Should OBC not be registered by the deadline for registration, OBC will be forfeited without liability.
The benefits of this promotion are not applicable to Travel Agent Rates/Interline Rates/Nett Tour Op Rates/Gross Tour Op Rates/ Closed User or any form of Non-Revenue price programmes for example but not exclusive to: Seminars at Sea, Perishable Inventory, Complimentary prize winner staterooms. Contracted groups or charters are also excluded.
This promotion is only combinable with general marketplace offers (excluding AzAmazing Sales), onboard booking savings, single savings, and shareholder OBC. Promotion benefits are combinable with bookings made on-board via the Future Cruise Consultants providing that the above conditions are met.
OBC is in USD, per stateroom, and based on double occupancy, has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferable and will expire if not used by 10:00 PM on the last evening of the voyage. OBC cannot be used in the Casino or for future cruise bookings.
