This Land Adventure to Brazil’s colonial Golden Triangle—the country’s economic core—has focuses on the country’s unique culture and the arts, with visits to UNESCO World Heritage Centers Ouro Preto and Site Congonhas do Campo. On your journey, you’ll learn about the gold rush and explore the former mine; discover the works of the colonial sculptors and admire their legacy; and visit well-preserved churches, bridges, fountains and scultpures. Exploring local museums with your guide will help you delve further into the “sacred art.” Plus, you’ll sample local cuisine and visit with a local atelier.
