Experience the Iberian Peninsula Like Never Before

A country of amazing architecture, fabulous food, wonderful wines, and an irresistible vibrancy—it’s hard to capture Spain in a few words, let alone a few days. That’s why we take our time with each intensive Spanish voyage.

Start your journey in Bordeaux, France, a place known internationally for its excellent wine. After sampling your fill, sail to Bilbao, Spain, to explore Frank Gehry’s incredible Guggenheim Museum followed by tapas and Spanish wine. Next up is Gijón, home to some of the continent’s most renowned cider.

Savor fresh seafood and meander along the eight-mile Paseo Maritimo in La Coruña, Spain, before falling in love with Vigo, Spain, a medieval city known as the gateway to Santiago de Compostela. Your cruise continues in Lisbon, a cultural capital with a magnificent harborfront.

After a day at sea aboard your boutique hotel at sea, we land in Seville. An overnight and extra late stay gives you plenty of time to visit the ornate Alcázar complex, iconic Seville Cathedral (the largest Gothic cathedral in the world), and catch a flamenco performance. In Cadiz, explore Doñana National Park, stroll through the Old Town barrios, and see how many watchtowers you can count along the way.

Next, it’s on to Granada, where the Alhambra palace and fortress complex is an absolute must visit. From Cartagena, the seat of ancient Carthage, see modern architecture along the Calle Mayor and stunning views of the city and harbor at Conception Castle. Your journey ends in Valencia, home of impressive Gothic monuments and plazas, the Calatrava-designed City of Arts & Sciences, and a perfect paella.
