Starting from $69 USD / Adult
OverviewHide
Enjoy an exhilarating hike along Bermuda's the historic Railway Trail. Up until 1948, you'd find trains chugged down this very path. Today, however, the route has been transformed into a picturesque trail. Follow a local guide on carefree trek that includes plenty of scenic stops along the way. Learn about native plants and wildlife. Take in sweeping views overlooking the coast, as well has historic landmarks such as the Mott Family Estate and the oldest church on the island. Make your way up to Fort Scaur, a stronghold built in the 1870s to protect the British Royal Navy Dockyard from a possible attack by The United States. Later, during WWII, American troops would be stationed here as Britain and the US were by then steadfast allies. After your hike, cool off with a brisk swim at a private and pristine Bermuda beach – the perfect conclusion to an unforgettable day.
