Intensive Irish Discovery on Azamara Pursuit

Your voyage begins with a luxurious day at sea before an overnight and late stay in delightful Dublin. Visit elegant galleries and shops, historical sights and pubs, and learn the history of Ireland’s most popular stout at the Guinness Storehouse.

With a late stay in Belfast, experience a museum unlike any other at Titanic Belfast. As you explore Northern Ireland’s capital, dotted with Victorian and Edwardian buildings, watch for “the murals,” a series of intriguing freelance works that give insight into the period known simply as “The Troubles.”

In Londonderry, another late stay means plenty of time to marvel at city’s mighty 26-foot high, 400-year old surrounding walls, and savor a spirited Irish Coffee while listening to traditional music in a cozy cafe or pub.

Donegal is easily explored by foot. Head to “The Diamond,” in the town’s center, and explore vibrant, welcoming shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. Savor a stout, sip an Irish tea, or sample some traditional, hearty Irish stew.

Following a late stay in Galway, discover Foynes’ rich aviation history in the Flying Boat and Maritime Museum, or take a leisurely stroll through its several stately gardens with scenic views of the Shannon River. Kiss the Blarney Stone and tour the romantic ruins of Blarney Castle in Cork, before venturing to Waterford, the oldest city in Ireland.

Your voyage concludes after a relaxing day at sea in Southampton, home to a rich shipbuilding and seafaring history stretching back several centuries.
