The World Voyage is comprised of 10 different segments. Guests can book individual segments, however the World Voyage inclusions are only available to guests that book all 10 segments. Individual segments will not be available for sale immediately, and will only be made available after the launch of the World Voyage.

This immersive voyage offers the most comprehensive way to experience the world. Get ready visit beautiful destinations across 39 countries, including: Melbourne, Bali, Mumbai, Ho Chi Minh City, Fiji, and many other bucket-list destinations.
- What if I want to extend my voyage?
If you prefer to expand your global voyage, join us before the World Voyage officially begins on our 17-night Holiday Panama Canal cruise and visit Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Mexico. This sailing departs from Miami, Florida on December 20, 2024 and ends in San Diego on January 6, 2025. World Voyage guests that sail on the Holiday Panama Canal cruise will have the opportunity to debark in San Diego to join the rest of the World Voyage guests in the Welcome Gala.
- Am I required to get a Visa for all the destinations the World Voyage will visit?

- What travel documents do I need to bring on the World Voyage?
Documentation requirements depend on each guest’s citizenship and date of travel and are specific to the countries being visited. We recommend that your passport is valid for a minimum of six months past the end date of your voyage. To see what documentation is currently required for the countries, visit visacentral.com.
- What will the drinking age be for the World Voyage?
The minimum drinking age for all alcoholic beverages on Azamara ships sailing from North America is 21. The minimum drinking age for all alcoholic beverages on Azamara ships sailing from South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand is 18. In certain circumstances where local laws permit or require, Azamara may modify this policy which may also require parent/guardian request/authorization. Please note that an individual's age on the date of sailing determines his or her status for the entire voyage vacation. No guest under age 18 may possess or consume alcohol at any time while onboard. Any guest who goes ashore and consumes alcohol (whether under the supervision of a parent/guardian or not), is responsible for ensuring they consume responsibly and retain their ability to recognize and avoid potentially dangerous situations when they return to the ship. Parents/guardians are reminded they are responsible for the actions of their child/young adult at all times while on an Azamara cruise vacation.
If a guest celebrates their birthday during the cruise vacation, and thereby becomes of age to consume alcohol, the guest may thereafter ask the Guest Relations Manager to modify ship’s records to permit their consumption of alcohol during the remainder of the vacation. The guest will be required to appear at Guest Relations to present a valid government-issued form of identification to permit verification of their age.
- How do I book the World Voyage?

- Will I receive the same stateroom for the entire duration of the World Voyage?
Yes, all World Voyage guests book the same stateroom for the entire duration.
- If I am sailing on the World Voyage, can I upgrade my stateroom for a segment of the sailing?
No, World Voyage guests are booking a stateroom for the entire duration of the World Voyage. Any upgrade requests must be made before the start of the first segment.
- Can I change staterooms before the World Voyage begins?
Yes, this is possible, based on availability. Changes to different cabin categories may result in a different fare, and a difference in fare would need to be paid by the guest when confirming the move.
- How much is the deposit amount to book the World Voyage? How long do I have to place the deposit?
Deposits are $5,500 (USD) per person in all non-Suite cabins, and $11,000 (USD) per person in all suites. Guests can hold a cabin for nonrefundable $1,500 (USD) charge per person while they decide to book or not, regardless of category. Guests must call back within 7 days of making the booking to pay the remaining deposit amount ($4,000 for non-suite cabins and $9,500 for suites).
- What is the payment schedule for the World Voyage?
To reserve a stateroom on the World Voyage, a non-refundable deposit is required. Final payment must be received 180 days prior to cruise departure. For bookings created within 180 days prior to cruise departure, final payment must be received within 48 hours of booking.
- How many people can stay in one stateroom during the World Voyage?
Maximum capacity is 3 guests, depending on stateroom.
- When can I book Shore Excursions for the World Voyage?
Shore Excursions are dependent on our local destination partners, and should be open for booking toward the end of 2023.
- Will you cover my parking at the port if I am traveling on the World Voyage?
No, airport parking is not covered.
- Can I have different guests join me in my stateroom on different segments of the World Voyage?
No.
- Can I only book a short portion of the World Voyage?
No, a World Voyage booking is for the full 155 nights. If a guest wishes to debark early, this can be requested, and if available will be honored, but the guest will not receive a prorated portion of their cruise fare.
If a guest wants to book a shorter portion of the World Voyage, please reach out to our Call Center or your Travel Agent to book the individually offered segments as back-to-back voyages.
- Will Trip Insurance be offered to World Voyage guests?
Azamara is actively working with its trip insurance providers to create a product that suits the needs of a World Voyage. A Trip Insurance product is not available for sale, but is expected to be for sale in 2023 when details are finalized.
- Will you offer luggage shipping to the ship and provide luggage storage onboard?
Your World Voyage includes $500 luggage shipping reimbursement for those who wish to send their bags to the ship ahead of the cruise.
- Will there be medical staff onboard the World Voyage?
We’ve got the onboard staff and services to assist with your medical needs and make your time with us hassle-free.
Every Azamara vessel is equipped with a medical facility. At least one licensed physician and one nurse are generally in attendance on all Azamara® voyages. Select medical services and medications are available for a fee, though medication types are limited. While we’re here to help with any medical issues that arise, our medical facilities are not intended as clinics for guests, and Azamara is not responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, or services furnished by shipboard medical personnel, who are independent contractors.
- What if I require dialysis?
Guests requiring continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis are welcome onboard all Azamara vessels. However, Azamara does not have the ability to assist or administer hemodialysis treatments. Guests using peritoneal dialysis should have all solutions and equipment needed to perform the dialysis delivered to the vessel on the day of sailing at least two hours prior to departure. Please contact us for more information on dialysis policies and procedures.
- What if I am oxygen-dependent?
All types of oxygen are permitted onboard. If you are dependent on oxygen or require oxygen therapy, you must supply your own oxygen, and meet certain requirements prior to boarding the ship. Please contact our Access Department at 866-592-7225 for additional information.
- What if I get pregnant before or during the World Voyage?
Expectant mothers are welcome, however Azamara cannot accept guests who will be more than 23 weeks pregnant at any time during the cruise. All guests are required to sign a health questionnaire at check-in to ensure they are aware of our pregnancy policy.
- If I do not need air travel, can I get a credit for the air portion of the World Voyage?
No, credits for unused air travel will not be provided.
- Will there be religious services onboard the World Voyage?
For those marking religious holidays on board with us, appropriate clergy will be on hand to help you celebrate.
- Will I need local currencies for the ports that we will visit throughout the World Voyage?
While some countries accept U.S dollars, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with each country’s accepted currencies. The ship will have some currencies available for exchange based on availability.
- Will I be able to sail on the World Voyage if I have special needs?
We welcome guests with special needs and disabilities. We happily offer accessible staterooms and all reasonable assistance to make your voyage truly hassle-free and most of all, memorable. To customize your accommodations to meet your specific needs, please follow this link.
- What is the age requirement to sail on the World Voyage?
No guest under the age of twenty-one (21) will be reserved in a stateroom unless accompanied by an adult twenty-one (21) years of age, or older. This age limit will be waived for minor children sailing with their parents or guardians in adjacent staterooms or under-aged married couples (proof of marriage is required).
Infants sailing on a cruise must be subject to the 12 month minimum age requirement. Denial of boarding for infants who do not satisfy these minimum age requirements may also result in the denial of boarding for one or more guests sailing with that infant. No refunds or other compensation shall be due from cruise line to anyone as a result of the denial of boarding to an underage infant or other accompanying guests
- Is the Azamara Circle laundry benefit combinable with the full-cruise laundry benefit?
Yes, the Azamara Circle laundry benefit can be combined with the full-cruise laundry benefit.
- Are the World Voyage benefits combinable with the Onboard Offer?
Yes, World Voyage benefits can be combined with the Onboard Offer. Guests booking onboard will receive the appropriate % savings, and they will get the $200 Onboard Credit for each segment. For example, if joining us for the entirety of the World Voyage, you will receive $2,000 ($200X10) in addition to the full cruise Onboard Credit.
- If I book onboard and decide to cancel later, can I transfer my deposit to another booking?
For bookings made onboard, we will allow guests to move the $1,500 deposit to another booking should they decide to cancel later. This is a one-time move and is only for bookings made onboard.
- If confirmed on the World Voyage, is a guest able to debark at any point and then rejoin the ship at a different port later?
In general, guests are expected to remain on the ship for the entire voyage. Guests can submit requests to disembark and rejoin later, but these requests must be approved by Azamara, with no guarantee. Guests will not receive a refund for any skipped voyage days.
- Why does the World Voyage require a nonrefundable deposit? Will a refundable option be available in the future?
The World Voyage requires significant planning by Azamara on behalf of the guests, and as of now a refundable option will not be made available.
- I have dietary needs. Will they be accommodated during the World Voyage?
With advance notice, we can accommodate most special dietary needs. Please submit your request in writing to our Access Department no later than 80 days before sailing.
