9-Night Mediterranean Mosaic Voyage

Discover off-the-beaten path gems and iconic attractions on this voyage that takes you from the Adriatic to the Aegean sea. The journey begins in “The Mosaic City” of Ravenna, Italy. Before we set sail, take a tour from here to Bologna to visit Piazza Maggiore and the seven churches of Santo Stefano Basilica, and sample the best of Italian cuisine at Mercato Delle Erbe.

Then, we leave for Slovenia and a late-night stay in Koper, where you can explore its Old Town, the Skocjan Caves (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), and the city of Ljubljana, one of Europe’s best-kept secrets. Then, it’s off to Croatia and our next destination, Zadar—a fascinating mix of cobblestone streets, contemporary buildings, and natural wonders like Krka National Park. Another late stay and UNESCO World Heritage Site awaits you in one of the great cities of the world: Dubrovnik. Meander along the high city walls, narrow streets, and charming squares, while keeping an eye out for local products like leather and jewelry.

After a relaxing day and night at sea, it’s a late-night stay in the ancient city of Chania, with its Greek, Venetian, and Ottoman influences seemingly around every corner. Next, we sail to sensational Santorini, the gem of the Aegean. Stroll bustling streets and volcanic beaches before finishing your day with a glass of Vinsanto and a postcard-worthy sunset.

A late night in the resort town of Kusadasi, Turkey, gives you plenty of time to explore its surrounding wonders: the Basilica of St. John, the House of the Virgin Mary, and the absolute must-see UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ephesus. Awake the next morning to the traditional white-washed homes, 16th century windmills, and quaint tavernas of Mykonos, before the journey ends in the birthplace of Western civilization, Athens.
