Impress your friends back home with your udon-making skills and taste the flavors of Japan during a noodle workshop at the Nakano Udon School. Your adventure begins with a drive to the Nakano Udon School, where you’ll channel your inner noodle maker. Learn how to craft authentic Udon noodles and then sit down to savor your culinary masterpiece. After, make your way to the Kotohira Shrine, perched on a mountainside in Konpira. This is one of Japan’s most popular shrines and is one of the 12 guardian gods of the Buddha. The shrine is a pilgrimage site for sailors and fishermen because it is devoted to the gods of the seas.
